Brief Introduction
BONLE (FUJIAN) INSULATOR CO., LTD., formerly BONLE (MINQING) LOW VOLTAGE ELECTRIC CO., LTD. was established in Nov., 2006, our first porcelain insulators factory, located in Minqing, Fujian, China. with registered capital RMB20 million, investment total amount RMB50 million, it is totally occupied 23,000m2, total building square 18,000m2, we own high standard workshop and very wide space, all these facilities for us create super condition to produce high-voltage porcelain insulators.
With super quality, competitive prices and excellent professional service, we gain very good reputation in porcelain insulators industry in China, our company growth very rapidly, in May, 2013, we invest to build our second porcelain insulator factory, FUJIAN NEW BONLE INSULATOR CO., LTD., in March, 2014, our new factory, total investment RMB100 million, with 80000m2 floor area and 60000m2 structure area, we become the largest line insulators and electric power fittings manufacturer in China.
We are one leading specialized manufacturer of various high and low voltage porcelain insulators, glass insulators, composite insulators, electric power fittings, including 210kN, 160kN and below suspension porcelain disc insulators, fog type disc suspension insulators, pin type insulators, line post insulators, insulators for cross arm, strain insulators, spool insulators, shackle insulators, post and hollow insulators under 35kV, and other more than 1000 kinds of insulators.
We own very strong technical strength in insulator field, with a team of 35 senior and medium engineer and about 580 employees. Our technology of manufacturing adopts domestic very advanced semi-automatic production lines, fuel adopts clean gas, and world advanced energy-saving oxide flame firing. Meanwhile, we process physics and chemistry lab, high voltage electrical lab, we establish and strengthen strict production technology and quality guarantee control system, now we are cooperating with Jingdezhen Ceramics Institute to research high strength formula of oxide flame firing, after success we can produce over 210kN porcelain disc suspension insulators for high voltage to fill in the grap of high-voltage and high tons products in Fujian Province. We joint with Fuzhou Porcelain Industry Technology Innovation Center together to establish “Fujian Province Electrical Porcelain Industry Technology Innovation Base – Bonle Electrical Porcelain Research and Development Center”.

Production Equipment for Glass Insulator
MOLDING SYSTEM
Automatic ingredients system: Sanrui’s fully automatic batching system enables static precision to reach 0.01%, the dynamic precision 0.3% and the batching evenness over 99%. In terms of these indexes, the system has reached the advanced level in this industry.
MOLDING SYSTEM
Electronic servo feeder machine is suitable for products of large tonnage with gob weight deviation of +/-10g. 12-station press has notably promoted output, post forming technology of Sanrui is domestically superior.
FURNACE
The latest technology efficiently reduce the energy consumption, fulfill environmental protection and energy-saving cleaner production. Such furnace is characterized by advanced structure, easy to control, high melting rate and great glass fluid evenness.
TEMPERATURE WELL-DISTRIBUTED FURNACE
Five-section heating furnace improves the effect of heat treating
and creates favorable conditions fortempering.
FURNACE
20-station tempering machine is configured with telescopic lower ventilation grid, which can improve the quality of tempering.
THE NICKEL SULFIDE PROCESSING LINE
Domestic advanced nickel sulfide processing line is adopted to effectively remove nickel sulfide to further reduce the rate of self-shattering.
THE IMPACT OF HOT AND COLD LINE
The impact of hot and cold line: All glass pieces have to experience cold and heat shock for three times to minimize the rate of self-shattering. The temperature difference in thermal shock must to be larger than 370K while that in cold shock must to be larger than 110K.
