Formerly known as BONLE (MINQING) LOW VOLTAGE ELECTRIC CO., LTD., our company was established in Nov. 2006. It began as our first porcelain insulators factory, located in Baizhong Industrial Area, Minqing, Fuzhou, Fujian, China.

With a registered capital of RMB 20 million and a total investment of RMB 50 million, our facility covers an area of 23,000 square meters, with a building area of 18,000 square meters. We own a high-standard workshop and a very wide space, creating superb conditions to produce high-voltage porcelain insulators.

In May 2013, we invested to build our second porcelain insulator factory, FUJIAN NEW BONLE INSULATOR CO., LTD. In March 2014, our new factory was established with a total investment of RMB 100 million. It has a floor area of 80,000 square meters and a structure area of 60,000 square meters. As a result, we have become one of the largest line insulators and electric power fittings manufacturers in China.

We are a Leading specialized insulator manufacturer offering various high and low voltage porcelain insulators, glass insulators, composite insulators, and electric power fittings. Our product range includes 210kN, 160kN, and below suspension porcelain disc insulators, fog type disc suspension insulators, pin type insulators, line post insulators, insulators for cross arms, strain insulators, spool insulators, shackle insulators, post and hollow insulators under 35kV, and more than 1,000 other kinds of insulators.

Leading Insulator Manufacturer – Technical Strength and Innovation

We possess strong technical strength in the insulator field. Our team consists of 35 senior and medium engineers and approximately 580 employees.

Our manufacturing technology adopts advanced domestic semi-automatic production lines. We use clean gas as fuel and world-advanced energy-saving oxide flame firing. Meanwhile, we operate physics and chemistry labs and high-voltage electrical labs. We have established and strengthened a strict production technology and quality guarantee control system.

We are currently cooperating with the Jingdezhen Ceramics Institute to research high-strength formulas for oxide flame firing. After success, we will be able to produce over 210kN porcelain disc suspension insulators for high voltage, filling the gap of high-voltage and high-tonnage products in Fujian Province. We also joint with Fuzhou Porcelain Industry Technology Innovation Center to establish the “Fujian Province Electrical Porcelain Industry Technology Innovation Base — Bonle Electrical Porcelain Research and Development Center”.
